JOINT VENTURE ACQUIRES MULTIFAMILY COMPLEX FOR $85.2 MILLION
The joint venture of Sterling American Property and Thompson Michie Communities has acquired Deer Valley Village in Phoenix from SCI Real Estate Investments for $85.2 million. The 832 unit garden-style apartment complex is located at 3010 W. Yorkshire Dr. The gate community features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, two fitness centers, three swimming pools and a clubhouse. The Los Angeles-based seller was represented in-house by Scott Derrick.
