| Todd M. Katz is an Associate of Sterling American Property Funds. His responsibilities include the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, commercial and retail properties as well as arranging financing for Sterling American Fund assets. Additionally, Mr. Katz oversees all marketing, public relation, and investor relation functions for Sterling American Property. Prior to joining Sterling, he was an analyst at a major private equity real estate firm based in New York City. Mr. Katz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from the Columbia Business School in December 2008. |
