ANDREW L. CAIRNS

Project Executive

Andrew L. Cairns joined Sterling in 1999 as Project Executive and is also a Vice President of Mets Development Company and Queens Ballpark Company.  He was active in the development of Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets. Previous projects include managing the design and construction of studio and office space for SportsNet New York;  383 Madison Avenue; KeySpan Park (The Cyclones’ ballpark); Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie (New York Mets spring training facility); and, the restoration of Radio City Music Hall.  Prior to joining Sterling, he was Vice President of a major real estate firm where he served as Development Manager for the restoration and redevelopment of Grand Central Terminal. Mr. Cairns holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
