Sterling’s marketing division works closely with its counterparts in the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams to develop and execute comprehensive business and marketing plans. The plans address repositioning, capital improvements, advertising, tenant retention, and disposition plans.  Sterling American’s marketing division creates and implement marketing strategies both on-line and off-line, in collaboration with the overall asset business plan.

The Marketing Division also supports the Funds by creating and executing public relations strategies to strengthen and maximize the identity and awareness of  the Sterling American brand among buyers, sellers, and the brokerage community.
