ERIC S. SARETSKY

Director of Construction

Eric S. Saretsky joined Sterling in 1998 as Director of Construction and is also a Vice President of Mets Development Company. Mr. Saretsky travels throughout the United States as a consultant to Sterling American’s Asset Management team, advising on potential acquisitions and overseeing major construction projects. Mr. Saretsky’s has managed the design and construction of projects such as 383 Madison Avenue; KeySpan Park (The Cyclones’ ballpark); and Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie (New York Mets spring training facility). He has also consulted on the renovation of the offices of Major League Baseball. Mr. Saretsky is responsible for on-going capital improvements at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets. Prior to joining Sterling, he managed the renovation of the Hospital for Special Surgery. Mr. Saretsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Professional Certification in Construction Management from New York University.
